This page is focused around the Raaijmakers-family. Raaijmakers is a common family-name in a province of the Netherlands, called Noord-Brabant. This particular Raaijmakers family comes from Veghel in Noord-Brabant. It is a small town with approximately 40000 inhabitants.

If you ever drop by in Veghel you should do this somewhere in February. The yearly carnival is taking place then, which means a lot of beer going in those Dutch throats. It's only 3 days, but it feels like weeks - of fun :)
